I've taken

I've taken to watching increasingly sad movies lately. Maybe it is to match my epically sorrowful disposition, which I have the hardest time, even now, expressing. I started with Moulin Rouge and have worked my way through Eternal Sunshine, The Fountain, Girl, Interrupted, Breakfast at Tiffany's (it always has made me sad to watch this for some reason), P.S. I Love You (I know. Sorry.), Candy, Madame Butterfly, and 300. What is happening to me?! Oh, I remember.

I circle around from utter numbness and zombie-like blurry tunnel-living, to hysterical gut splitting sorrow that rushes upon me out of nowhere. My Facebook status today says, "Well I've seemingly lost all motor skills. The new favorite activity? Staring at walls and hoping my facebook status updates aren't too dramatic." And this is so true. I sit on my couch for hours just staring. I am cleaning like an OCD maniac. And apparently, I watch a lot of depressing movies. Heaps of Mac N Cheese and wine are also involved in this.

  1. I'm so, so sorry, Pally. Call me anytime of the night or day--crying or laughing, sober or wasted.
