Hmm...think the most. We think all the time, so the book must not be creating a surfeit of thought. Rather, books must bequeath us pictures of ourselves that enable self-reflection without the tautology of merely seeing the self in self-reflection reflecting back. They also tend to highlight the importance of seeing each thing in the world as synecdoche rather than as imaginary.
