The Sleeping Beauty at the Boston Opera House

was three hours of magic.  Absolutely, breathtakingly, beautiful. The wardrobe and scenery felt like being in a fairy tale Versailles, complete with appearances from Belle and The Beast, Little Red Riding Hood, and Puss in Boots.  If I could go back and see it again, I would (I'm fairly confident that Kelsey is!).  I'd venture to say it was the best ballet I've ever seen. 





Maleficent-Carabosse was played by a man in drag and it was magnificent.  Read more here:
